By placing an order at Sad Solutions you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
We provide tracked shipping only. When shipped, the order is out of our hands and into that of the postal companies. Please contact the postal companies for more information on delivery time, tracking, shipping issues…
Orders within the EU are shipped with BPost. For Belgium, expect a delivery time of approximately 24 hours. For the rest of the EU, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days.
Orders outside of the EU are shipped with DHL. These orders are delivered to you within 2 to 5 business days.
In the unlikely event of delay or loss in the post or by a courier, we will not be held liable under any circumstances for consequential loss resulting from third party actions but will always do our utmost to help in these circumstances.
We ship from Belgium (Europe). If you are outside of the EU you may be charged with customs.
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
If you refuse a shipment from Sad Solutions, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Sad Solutions. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Most of our products are custom made to order and / or artworks. We do not offer returns or refunds on these products.
With an exeption on damaged items: please inspect your order upon reception within 48 hours and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Most of our products are custom made to order. We do not offer returns on these products. (with an exeption on damaged items: please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.) We also don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
On our other products we do offer returns.
On these items we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Any returned items will be refunded immediately minus the cost of the initial postage fee.
Our customers are also responsible for the postage fee applicable for the return of the item.
Any faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement or refund is provided. If you do send items back then please use a secure postage method, so that you can trace where the package is. The item is your responsibility until we receive it.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues:

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, these include Custom Print Orders. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
